The Dove team was made up of three buddy teams – a UX designer + a UI designer. We worked on the Digital 2.0 transformation, the development of digital experiences that were repeatable for Dove as a global brand, beauty & personal care (BPC) as a category and Unilever as an organisation.

I was the UX designer on my buddy team and we covered Single Sign On, Coupons and the Dove Self-esteem Project for the North American markets.

I was responsible for requirements gathering, wireframes, bi-weekly client presentations and wireframe annotation/developer deliverables.

Results:
When it launched, the new 2.0 Dove.com site was rated No.1 and called ‘genius’ in L2’s latest Digital IQ Index report on the US personal care industry. L2 is the global leader in benchmarking the digital performance of brands.
