About the orgnisation:
Creative Equals is a Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DE&I) consultancy based in London, who works with business and brands (and in the past, creative and advertising agencies) to embed DE&I into their marketing and comms frameworks, leadership and culture. They also run community culture change programmes.
Responsibilities:
My role within Creative Equals was varied and wide. It included
- creating high-quality design materials for client comms, and events (such as conferences, webinars or delivery programmes) across print and digital channels, such as web, socials and newsletters, insuring all assets were accessible and inclusive.
- managing the Creative Equals’ brand and sub-brands (such as RISE and the CreativeComeback programmes), the brand guidelines and brand assets.
- managing the Creative Equal’s website and newsletters, creating content and copy in line with business goals and objectives.
- supporting team with quick turnarounds for assets, such as social media content, presentations, reports, event materials and branded documents.
- leading design/visual client projects, including inclusive brand strategy, inclusive brand data analysis, and creation of internal guidelines.
Clients include: Dr Martens, Canal and River Trust, Teleflex, BBC, McDonalds, Unilever, Kurt Geiger, COS, Reckkit, GSK, AB InBev and more.
