Burberry moved to the SAP platform and required a rework of two existing applications.
The first was a gentle update to the vendor supply program (Supply Chain World) to the new platform. I shadowed the current process, designed slightly updated userflows/frameworks and provided wires, working with a visual designer to ensure the new system wasn’t too far from the existing system. I also provided a click through prototype for the developers.
The second project was a Digital Sales Associate Tool, designed to facilitate smooth client relations and in store customer experiences. I worked with the stakeholders to gather requirements, and create accurate personas. I created user stories and validated these with focus groups and instore interviews. I designed userflows/a new framework and created wireframes. I also created a working prototype across both tablet + mobile, running 12 usability sessions with Sales Associates to test the concept.
